When you email us or use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the services you are interested in and whatever you choose to tell us in your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services.

Website usage data. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to collect information about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. This data is used in aggregate to improve the website. If you decline analytics cookies, this data is not collected.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website, such as our hosting provider and Google (for analytics, where you have consented), or where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as needed to deal with your request and meet our legal and business record-keeping needs. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information, including security monitoring of this website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us to confirm whether we hold personal information about you, to access it, and to correct or delete it. You may also withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time.
